Refund & Return Policy

At AHDOUDI EXPRESS LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us with photos at contact@ahdoudiexpress.com.
5. Shipping Returns
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
